Services & scope. Coaching and consultations are guidance services. Training carries inherent risks. You are responsible for exercising within your own capabilities and seeking medical advice where appropriate.

Bookings & payments. Bookings and payments are handled via Practice and are subject to their terms and policies (including cancellations and refunds).

Self-guided plans. Plans sold via TrainingPeaks are delivered as downloadable plans without ongoing coaching or plan changes unless otherwise stated.
